Pastor Chris Brown
Head of School
Rev. Chris Brown has held various positions since joining the team in 2006, including eight years as our financial manager. In 2015, Pastor Chris co-founded a School of Missions for a non-profit missions organization where he served as the administrator and lead teacher for four years. Pastor Chris returned to Conroe First in 2019 and currently serves as our Associate Pastor of Educational Discipleship.
He has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership for Private Schools, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and an Associate degree in Business. Pastor Chris is passionate about helping students discover their purpose in Christ and achieve academic success. As Head of School, he has the necessary leadership and pastoral skills to elevate our school to a higher level of excellence.
Sharron Polk
Assistant Principal
After graduating from Sam Houston State University, Mrs. Polk spent five years teaching at Lifestyle Christian School before steping into her current role. Her family, including her husband of 35 years and two grown sons, is her greatest joy.
Mrs. Polk has a passion to guide and support students in their spiritual and academic growth. Above all, her goal is to inspire a love for the Lord in each student, preparing them to make a positive impact for the kingdom of God.
Marc Delgado
Athletics Director/ Administrative Support
An El Paso native, Coach Delgado has been residing in the Conroe area for the past 12 years. He has been coaching at LCS since 2013, and during his tenure, three teams managed to clinch the state championship.
Coach Delgado earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, with certifications in Coaching Theory and Sports Medicine. In addition, he possesses Level 1 and 2 USATF Coaching certifications, with a specialization in endurance training.
