Meagan Hart - K5 Instructor

My name is Meagan Hart, and I am a former student of Lifestyle Christian School. After graduating, I went on to Sam Houston State University, where I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I taught for 9 years in different Independent School Districts. Last year, I was beyond honored and thrilled to come back home to LCS; and I’m so excited to be returning for my second year. I can’t wait to meet my kindergartners and to make 20-21 the best school year yet! 

Laura Spencer - 1st Grade Instructor

Mrs. Spencer is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. She taught for several years in Conroe ISD in both Kindergarten through 3rd Grade. Mrs. Spencer will be beginning her third year with Lifestyle Christian School as a First Grade teacher.  She has a wonderful husband and two grown daughters, one of which is a graduate of Lifestyle Christian School. She is a loving, godly woman who brings a spirit of excellence and joy to her classroom.


Sharron Polk - 2nd Grade Instructor

Mrs. Polk is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and is beginning her 6th year at Lifestyle Christian School as Second Grade Teacher and her 3rd year as Elementary Team Lead.  Her love is her family with two grown sons and a wonderful husband of 32 years. She has a heart for Lifestyle Christian School and knows God has called her to love and nurture her students as they grow both spiritually and academically.  But most importantly to instill the love of the Lord in their lives, ultimately equipping them to make a difference for the kingdom of God. 


Pamela Collins - 3rd Grade Instructor

My name Is Pamela Collins, and I love using my 30 years of experience to provide creative, exciting and skill building activities to enforce concepts. I graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada, with a Bachelors in Elementary Education/Special Education. I have spent the last 18 years in a Christian classroom watching children enjoy learning and achieve great success through various methods. Since beginning to teach in 1991, I have experienced different age groups and levels of ability and am gifted in reaching students at their individual levels. It is my heart’s delight to do all that the Lord has called me to do under the leadership of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Kristin Cole - 4th & 5th Grade Instructor

My name is Kristin Cole, I have a passion for Christ as He is my Lord and Savior! I have a MA in Counseling from SHSU and a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M. I am a certified Special Education / Psychology teacher and have 12 years of teaching/training. I taught 5th-grade Resource Language Arts and I've trained foster parents in trauma-informed care, taught job skills classes to thousands, and enjoy public speaking. My goals for Lifestyle are to teach students how to show their love in Christ, utilize cooperative learning techniques, and engage in hands-on learning opportunities. I have been married for 18 years and have 2 amazing sons, 12 and 8, who love baseball and Jesus! 

Rita Musterman - 4th & 5th Grade Assistant Teacher

Lifestyle Christian School has been blessed to have Mrs. Rita Musterman on our staff here for many years. She has helped bring a spirit of joy, enthusiasm and dedication to our school. She is someone who truly loves the Lord and serves Him with all of her heart. We are excited to have her on staff as she joins the 4/5 grade class as their TA.


Junior High / High School


Ashlee Zanelli - 6th, 7th, & 8th Instructor (Math, Science, and Bible)

Hello! My name is Ashley Zanelli. I am a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where I received my BA in Interdisciplinary studies. I have 3 years of experience in Special Education. When I am not in the classroom helping nurture hearts and growing students' academic knowledge through a Biblical worldview, I am enjoying time with my family. I am blessed to be the wife of an amazing man of God, and a mother to four wonderful children. I look forward to my fourth year in education at LCS, and am expecting God to do great things!

Brooklyn Peach - 6th, 7th, & 8th Instructor (ELA, Social Studies, and Bible)

Ms. Peach is another graduate of Lifestyle Christian School with a B.S. in History and a Minor in Government from Liberty University.  Her ultimate desire is to become a college professor. Ms. Peach has a passion for History and a desire to prepare her students for High School English by teaching them how to write and acquire a love for reading great literature. She looks forward to working with the Lifestyle students and helping them become great writers of today and Christ-like leaders of tomorrow!


Merlange Morency - Junior High & High School Instructor (Spanish, French, Bible)

Ms. Morency is a resident of the city of Conroe. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Spanish and French from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Her career in education began 3 years ago as a short-term and long-term substitute teacher in all grade levels with a focus on high school. She taught Spanish 1, 2, 3, and Spanish for Native Speakers at Central Gwinnett High School. She served as a long-term substitute for Paulding County High School as well as Osborne High School teaching Spanish and French. Recently, she worked as an associate teacher for HISD. Most importantly, Ms. Morency is a devoted Christian  who enjoys learning and talking about the Word of God, and has attended Faith Bible Institute at Faith Christian Center. We look forward to having her here at Lifestyle!


Marc Delgado - High School Instructor (Science) / Junior High & High School Coach

Hello, my name is Coach Delgado. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a major in Kinesiology and a minor in Education. I have specializations in college in Coaching Theory and Sports Medicine. I will be starting my 8th year coaching at Lifestyle Christian School and 7th year teaching. I love being here at LCS, which has always been a second family to me. I look forward to a new chapter in my career here and continue to help the amazing students to grow spiritually, academically, and athletically. 

Stephanie Schuler - High School Instructor (Math)

My name is Stephanie Schuler. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a minor in education at Texas A&M University. I have my Texas Certification in Secondary Mathematics (7-12). I taught 3.5 years in public school before teaching for over 17 years in Christian school. This fall will be my third year at Lifestyle. I look forward to helping my students have a better understanding of math and help them grow in their relationships with the Lord.


Michael Gordon - High School Instructor (Social Studies & Bible)

Hello! My name is Mike Gordon. As an ordained minister I have served on various church staffs as well as a lead pastor for thirty years. I was bi-vocational for ten of those years, teaching in both private and public schools. I have a B.A. from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a M.A. from Trinity Theological Seminary. I am a Texas certified Social Studies teacher and enjoy working with young people to help them become the best they can be.


Valerie Smith (High School English, Journalism, Assistant Coach)

Valerie Smith was born and raised in Conroe and is an alumni-graduate of Conroe High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and her Master’s degree in Education from Lubbock Christian University. She obtained her principal certification from Lamar University in August 2019. She has worked with all ages from birth through 108 years old, as a licensed social worker and as an educator.  She has taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Jr. High, and High School in public and private education.  Mrs. Smith is excited to begin this year at Lifestyle Christian School, with the intent to help and motivate students to build a personal relationship with Jesus, so they can develop academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.   


Sandra Sacchieri - Junior High & High School Instructor (Electives)

Hello, my name is Sandra Sacchieri.  I have a degree in Religious Education and served as a Children’s Pastor for 15 years.  My husband and I have raised 3 remarkable children and are now enjoying our 7 grandchildren.  I have been blessed with the opportunity to serve the Lord in the Christian School classroom for 22 years.  It is my desire to assist parents in training their children to love the Lord and to determine to be faithful to Him no matter what is happening in the world around them.  I am an encourager and a strong believer in the power of prayer.  I love to find Biblical applications in every lesson I teach.  I believe when Jesus is at the center, everything else will fall into place.  I am excited to begin a new journey at Lifestyle Christian School.  I cannot wait to see the great things God has in store for us this year! 


Kyle Nilson - Assistant Coach

Kyle Nilson is a former student who graduated from Lifestyle Christian School, and is a true Victor in every sense of the word. His passion is mentoring and supporting those involved in sports, and is pursuing a career in full time coaching.  Lifestyle Christian is incredibly excited and proud to have this integrous, motivated young man as part of our Coaching team for the 2020-2021 school year.


Kai and Jayme Ordonio - High School Instructors (Bible)

It is our honor and privilege to have this godly couple teach our 11th and 12th Grade Bible Classes this year. They serve as anointed Youth Pastors at Wake Church, and have given their lives to edifying, encouraging, and empowering the next generation while guiding them toward their God-given destiny.
